CORPORATE ENQUIRIES
The Travel Journal DVD Kits The Travel Journal DVD Kits are available to travellers via Travel Agents where a Kit is included with their Flight Ticket Folder at no charge. The Kit contains a blank CD for copying all their holiday images as well as a copy of their itinerary. The Kit is then sealed and sent postage paid to Theme’s production studio where the images are arranged together with the travelers selection of music onto 2 x DVDs. The Personalised Travel Journal DVDs are then posted to the traveller within 7 days for a fee of $59.95.
The Personalised Travel Journal DVD contains their holiday slideshow, their choice of music, personalised menus and an interactive map page from their holiday that serves to access the slideshow chapters. When the kits are distributed via Travel Agents we also include a special DVD menu page that presents the most recent marketing and information message from the Travel Agent.
Importantly... -The Travel Media Kit is free and is included in the traveller's Flight Ticket Folder with no obligation for the traveller to use it. We anticipate take-up between 25- 65%.
-The *Personalised Travel Journal DVD is a way of the Travel Agent value adding to the traveller’s holiday and becomes a valuable customer retention tool.
- Each time the traveller watches the DVD with family and friends the image and message of the travel agent appears on the Travel Agent information menu.
-Depending upon the volume required, the Travel Media Kit and Travel Journal DVD can be distributed and branded to the Travel Company’s exact design requirements at minimal cost to the Agent, and no cost to the traveller.
We Developed the Personalised Travel Journal DVD Since 2003 we have been producing over 20,000 Travel Media DVDs on behalf of our corporate clients. From this experience the Personalised Travel Journal DVD evolved distributed to the individual traveller as well by Travel Agents to their clients. We believe the Personalised Travel Journal DVD is an ideal way for travel companies to provide their travellers the opportunity to share their holiday experiences via the comfort and quality of DVD, while providing a positive after sale marketing message.
